I'm chief tea mixologist at Bird & Blend Tea co. Well, actually, that's my alternative job title! My official title is Co-Founder & Non-Executive Director. I'm an entrepreneur, business consultant, inspirational speaker, author of World Atlas of Tea, and very recently Brew, Bake, Sip & Savour 60 recipes to make with tea.

I’m so excited to share with you Bird & Blend's first ever recipe book, full of carefully created and delicious tea-based recipes from luscious drinks to decadent bakes and savoury bites with a difference.
When I first set about building Bird & Blend, back in 2012, one of my passions was to showcase the diverse range of flavours and ways of experimenting with tea. I sat and sketched ‘Spreading Happiness. Reimagining Tea’ on the back of a napkin, and the rest is history!
My latest activity
As the founder of an award-winning retail estate (19 stores & counting!) and international e-commerce D2C company, I tend to follow a busy and varied schedule. Here is a snapshot of some of my founder focussed activity.
